Cancellation Policy
Policy Applicable To
• Advanced skin treatments and facials
• Menopause consultations and programmes
• Nutrition consultations
Booking Fees & Payments
• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments
• Consultations require full payment in advance
• Booking fees are deducted from your final balance
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• 48 hours or more notice – your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment
• 24–48 hours’ notice – your booking fee will be retained
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments – the full appointment cost is payable
Early Week Appointments (Tuesday Bookings)
As the business does not operate on Mondays, any appointments scheduled for a Tuesday must be cancelled or rescheduled by 5pm on the preceding Friday.
Cancellations after this time will fall within the standard cancellation policy.
Illness & Unforeseen Circumstances
While it is fully appreciated that illness and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Due to the short notice involved, it is often not possible to refill cancelled appointments, and therefore the above policy will still apply.
Booking Confirmation
Your appointment is only secured once payment has been received. If payment is not made within the stated timeframe, the appointment may be released.
