Menopause & Nutrition

Evidence Based Lifestyle Support

Perimenopause and menopause symptoms rarely appear in isolation.

They are usually a combination of sleep disruption, energy dips, mood changes, weight shifts, nervous system overload and hormonal fluctuation.

Because of this, it would not be ethical, or effective, to attempt to address everything in a single appointment.

That is why I work through a structured programme rather than one-off advice sessions.

This ensures we move step-by-step, prioritising what your body needs most, rather than overwhelming you with information.

The Hormone & Energy Reset Programme – £375

A structured 4-session journey designed to support sustainable change.

This programme includes:

• The 90-minute in-depth initial consultation (normally £175)

• Three 60-minute follow-up sessions (normally £95 each)

If booked separately, this would total £460.

The programme investment is £375 to reflect structured support and continuity.

Sessions are typically spaced two weeks apart to allow time for practical implementation and meaningful progress.

Optional additional follow-up session is available at £95 if desired.

Prefer to Book Individually?

Some women choose to begin with a single consultation before committing to the further programme.

• Initial 90-minute consultation – £175

• 60-minute follow-up sessions – £95 e/a

However, most women benefit from structured support through the full 4-session programme, as meaningful progress requires time, sequencing and accountability.

  • • Sleep, mood, energy or skin changes

    • Hot flushes, night sweats or overwhelm

The Client Journey

  • A detailed review of your current symptoms, health history, lifestyle, stress levels, sleep patterns, and overall wellbeing. This allows me to understand the full picture, not just individual symptoms, so support can be personalised and appropriate.

  • Clear, evidence-based education around what’s happening hormonally during perimenopause and menopause, and how this may relate to your symptoms. The focus is on understanding, not diagnosis or prescription.

  • Tailored lifestyle advice with a focus on eating patterns, hydration and excercise Practical, realistic guidance around nutrition and movement to support hormonal health, energy levels, body composition, and symptom management — tailored to your stage of life, not restrictive plans or trends.

  • Support focused on nervous system regulation, stress resilience, and sleep quality, recognising the significant role these play in hormonal balance, mood, and overall health during midlife.

  • A personalised plan designed to support you beyond the sessions, helping you apply what you’ve learned in a sustainable way that fits into real life, work, and family demands.

  • An additional follow-up session is available for review, refinement, or continued support where appropriate. This can be useful if symptoms evolve or further guidance is needed.
